Cambridge City

As part of the Sustainable City initiative, Cambridge City offers schools free workshops and presentations. Cambridge schools have the choice(s) of:

• A workshop on Waste & Litter (suitable for 4-9 year olds)
• A workshop with paper making, assembly and a talk or presentation (suitable for all ages)
• Presentations for teachers and governors on sustainability in school life and in the curriculum.
• A talk and workshop(s) with music by City Centre Rangers on recycling and keeping the city clean.
• Every February, Cambridge City promotes SCRAP Week (Schools Recycling Awareness Program) with the Cambridgeshire Recycling Bus and a theatre group with a show on waste and recycling.
