I have a lot of waste and want to use a van or trailer to transport it. Is this okay?
Cambridgeshire County Council sites are licensed to accept household waste only and has a policy of preventing commercial waste being taken to HWRCs. Many companies use vans to dispose of their waste. This includes shops, offices, and trade or business waste of any kind for which earned income is obtained.
Therefore if you want to use a van or trailer to take your household waste please call the County Council or relevant site first to check this is acceptable. This will prevent delays when you reach the site.
